Today, the 15th December 2017, I have got to the point where I don't like what I see in the mirror anymore. It's time for me to stop being such a lazy fat bastard. Yay self deprecation!! I am pretty sure I have been steadily putting weight on since I got married in 2002, but over the last 2-3 years it has been more noticeable. I am buying larger sized trousers, buying larger sized t-shirts and larger sized jumpers. Today I saw myself in the bathroom mirror at work, side on. I did not like what I saw. I guess I have been in a bit of a state of denial about it all, thinking that I don't need to go on a diet, or change what I eat. Just cut down a bit. It will be ok. It's not ok. I don't feel ok.
